Trainer Juji ยท Agustina Perez Noble ยท Wellness Reboot 12-Week Program
Trainer Juji (operated by Agustina Perez Noble, "Trainer") provides online fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, workout programming, motivational content, and wellness education through the Wellness Reboot 12-week program. Services include workout plans, macro targets, Walk with Me audio sessions, educational videos, weekly nutrition guidance, daily task tracking, and direct messaging.
All information and content in this Program is for general wellness purposes only. It does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Agustina Perez Noble is not a licensed physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or medical professional. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and dietary changes, including muscle soreness, fatigue, injury, dizziness, and other physical effects. I understand that exercise involves inherent risks and that results vary significantly between individuals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Agustina Perez Noble, Trainer Juji, and their affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of participating in this Program, including those caused by negligence of the Released Parties.
By signing, I confirm I have obtained or will obtain medical clearance before beginning, or believe myself to be in sufficient health to participate in a moderate exercise and nutrition program. I agree to immediately inform Trainer Juji of any changes to my health status during the Program.
Macro targets are based on the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and are educational estimates only. Weekly nutrition guidance is provided by Trainer Juji and is not a substitute for personalized medical nutrition therapy. Results are not guaranteed and will vary individually.
Workout plans are designed by Trainer Juji based on the participant's stated equipment access, schedule, and fitness goals. It is the participant's sole responsibility to perform exercises safely and within their ability. Trainer Juji is not liable for any injury resulting from improper form, overexertion, or failure to follow instructions.
Maximum recommended water intake is 1 gallon (128 oz) per day. Over-hydration can pose health risks. I will not hold Trainer Juji liable for any effects related to hydration guidance.
All Program content is the exclusive intellectual property of Agustina Perez Noble / Trainer Juji. I agree not to copy, distribute, resell, or share any Program content without prior written permission.
Program fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as required by applicable law.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from my participation or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida before proceeding to litigation.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the participant and Trainer Juji and supersedes all prior communications.
